My fellow Senecas, Greetings!  I hope this letter finds you and your family doing well and in good health.

My name is J. Conrad Seneca, aka JC Seneca. I’m of the Wolf clan and a lifelong resident of Irving on the Cattaraugus territory with my wife Nicole Seneca of the Deer Clan and our children Jacob (12), Vera (10) and Ezra (4).

I’m the son of the late William and June Seneca. I’m the grandson of the late Percy and Alberta Jamison and the late Jacob and Nina T. Seneca.

I’m running with the Seneca Party for the office of President and am asking for your support and your vote on September 20, 2024. I’m 64 years young and have been involved in Seneca Nation government in some way over the past 40 years.

I’m the former Treasurer (1998-2000) former and 4-time Tribal Councilor (1990-1994, 2006-2008 and 2008-2012, 2022-2024) of the Seneca Nation. I have served on National Indi-
an organizations such as the National Congress of American Indians (1991- 1993) and United South and Eastern Tribes (1998-2000). During my 6 years on the Tribal Council (2006-2012) I served and was Co- Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee, whose mission was to deal with local, state and federal governments and their representatives.

In that position I had to wear many hats; sometimes as an activist, an educator, a lawyer, a lobbyist but always a protector. A protector of the Seneca people.

A protector of your rights, of your ideals, of your values and of our future generations. It has been truly a great honor to have been able to serve my people over the years. I thank you and I thank the Creator for the opportunity, the knowledge, the wisdom, and the strength it takes to serve the people.

My platform of issues that I’m running on consists of 4 key elements. Of course there are many other concerns that need to be addressed and solutions found for, but these are at the top of my list and yours:

1. CASINO COMPACT WITH NYS
2. DRUG/ALCOHOL/ADDICTION CRISIS
3. END ILLEGAL DRUG TRAFFICK- ING ON TERRITORY
4. FINANCIAL STABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

I’m running for office because I believe that our people deserve better than what they are getting. A great many of you have come to me and encouraged me to run for President.

My many thanks to all who have called me, come to visit me or messaged me.

I am truly humbled by all of the good words, trust and confidence you have in me. Know that I will represent you and our Nation to the best of my abilities.

We deserve better! We want our voice back! We want our Sovereignty back!
